TEAM DRAFTING

Each team will draft up to 11 Pokemon to there team FREE without the use of a currency system in place to buy or auction for a Pokemon. Simply pick the Pokemon you desire and that specific Pokemon will be put on your team. When drafting a Pokemon that you want to have a Z-Move for you MUST declare that Pokemon you "Z-Pokemon" as no other Pokemon on your team will be allowed to use a Z-Move in battle. The draft will end when all teams have acquired their 11 Pokemon.

Draft order will go as followed: 1> 2 > 3 > 4 > 5 > 6 > 7 > 8 > 8 >7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1 > 1.....

The MBL will be largely using the Global Battle Association (GBA) Draft Rules along with Tier Structures and Universal Bans. We advise that those who are interested in the MBL watch the video below to become more aware of the draft rules. The MBL Draft will be recorded and will also be recorded and put online to the ReBorn Gaming Youtube page to broadcast the draft live. We ask that you come prepared knowing the rules as it will help move the draft along smoothly.

MASTERS BATTLE LEAGUE

WAIVER WIRE

Waivers are the process by which players can select from the pool of available Pokemon who are not on a team's roster in the league. They may have been undrafted or dropped by players. Players can put a claim for that Pokemon, but must wait a specified amount of time until the waiver clears. The team that puts a claim on a Pokemon - and who has the higher waiver priority number - will receive the Pokemon when waivers clear. All available Pokemon are on waivers and require a full 48 hours until the Waiver Period is done. Free Agency does NOT exist in this League format. Any waiver claims must submit a Waiver Form to the commissioner via Google Docs.

There is no Wavier Claim or Trade limits in the MBL until Playoffs begin

TRADES

Trades are an agreement between two players to exchange one or more Pokemon. Trades can be processed with an uneven number of Pokemon as long as they do not violate any roster settings. If two players wish to trade they must submit a Trade Form via Google Docs to the commissioner 24 hours before Game Day. No team is allowed to hold more than 11 Pokemon at once.

At any time the MBL Commissioner reserves the right to "Veto" a trade if reasonable evidence is found that collusion or foul play is involved.
